Some background

Due to her experience SimonĂ© had been given opportunities to redesign support workflows in Service Now and was also capable of restructuring support and resource environments due to her analytics skills. With knowledge of the company’s products, and a client’s request for proposal, she applied her analytical skills to perform due diligence exercises where permitted and made recommendations to Sales/Account Managers/Enterprise Architects. At times she met with clients and walked them through her discoveries so that they could make more informed decisions.
